Senior Recruitment Consultant

Sally joined the ASL Technical team in July 2023, bringing 15 years of recruitment experience. With the past 12 years of her career focused on the Automotive and Motorsport Engineering sectors, Sally has gained extensive and valuable knowledge of leading large recruitment and project activities whilst applying a sound understanding of legislation such as IR35 and AWR.

In 2022, Sally achieved an Associate Membership with the CIPD and, having completed a Level 3 Diploma in Human Resources Practice, applies this knowledge in varied recruitment capacities.
