We have years of experience in helping businesses find staff. ASL Technical Co-Founder Jason Perry launched ASL Recruitment in 1998 with a vision to build a recruitment agency that did things differently from all the others. ASL Recruitment continues to go from strength to strength and is the leading independent recruitment agency in Southeast Sussex and the East Kent area.
With ASL Technical, Jason and co-Director Mark are keen to perpetuate that legacy.
What does "the ASL difference" mean?
Each company has nuances in how they operate, the environment and the ethos surrounding them. We spend time understanding your business and gaining a thorough comprehension of what you're looking for regarding hard and soft skills for each particular role.
We interview our candidates at length to understand their skills, what they're looking for in their next role, and the environment that suits them best.
This approach allows us to match our candidates more accurately with our clients and your roles. We'll never bombard you with CVs: we'll prescreen candidates, so we send you only the handful appropriate to your requirements.
We offer three levels of prescreening services: the standard level whereby we advertise for candidates for your role, comb CVs, select the best candidates, interview them at length ourselves, and then put forward the candidates we feel are the very best.
Our Gold level invites you to put forward specific screening questions you would like us to ask on your behalf during our interview. Based on the answers and our assessment of the candidate, you can then decide whether you would like to interview them yourself.
